Amazing place, it's around 15 minutes walk from the center of Chapala, so it's a bit secluded, perfect for couples. The room (Fuego) was great, very comfortable. I was gonna give it a 4 star rating because the pool was shut down and there was no mention on this when I booked, but the crew was very friendly and made up for this with an amazing service, overall a great experience at a very good price. PS. There'sa public park very closeby, perfect for jogging or long walks, if you want a relaxing weekend with your significant other, this place is great.
I go to the restaurant of the same name, and it is great. Food is fabulous.
We ate at the Letra CH Restaurant at the hotel. The food was really good. You get an appetizer and side dish with each entree. They serve fresh baked bread as well.
Great pool, staff, restaurant and manager Patricia! They go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. You must try the spa it’s truly calming. The vibe is great and safe and fun for little doggies! I encourage you to definitely enjoy this place like I did just take a look.
The best place at Lakeside for anyone looking for quality service and a great menu
We didn't stay in the hotel but ate at the restaurant. The food, service, prices and atmosphere was fantastic. Our waiter was the best I've had in Mexico. We will be back!
We did not stay, only had reservations for dinner last Sat. The ambience was great, only it was a bit too noisy due to exterior heavy traffic... Otherwise the food was great and the service could have been a bit better... Regardless, we would recommend the restaurant to all those who have never been there before...
